He is a member of the National College, Researcher Emeritus from the National System of Researchers. Furthermore, he holds the National Prize of Sciences and Arts, the Eduardo Liceaga Decoration and the Academy for Scientific Research Award. As, if this were not enough, is a musicologist passionate about music in general and opera in particular.<\/p>\n<p>As if it were a medical record, the lecturer took us on a journey through the brief and substantial life of Johannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus Mozart, the greatest genius of mankind, as described by Martinez Palomo.<\/p>\n<p>For 30 minutes the audience knew, from a medical point of view the major diseases suffered by the artist and the cause of his death. It appears that \u2013based on the symptoms\u2013 his death was consequence of kidney failure, caused by frequent tonsillitis.<\/p>\n<p>The closure flourished, after the lecture finished, with a duet formed by the mezzosoprano Veronica Alexanderson and the Russian pianist Farizat Tchibirova; whom interpreted four arias of Mozart\u2019s operas during other 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the attendees ended enamored of Art and Medicine. For this reason, they will return on Wednesday, September 24 at 19:30 at night, now to meet with Dr. Marco Aurelio Botey to be delighted with &#8220;Medicine in the Print and Painting&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The appointment will be at the Soumaya Museum Blvd Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra No. 303, Col.
